The system is compact designed, combined air inlet valve min pressure valve, temperature control valve, oil returning checking, safety valve, compressor nose, air and oil bucket and accordingly connections, the dimension and shapes of the machine make more compact structure of the compressor group. Creative patent for oil and air separated system enable the oilness of the air less than 1ppm,greatly, reduced the manintenace cost for the operation.

The machine use the external air and oil separator, and easy for spare parts replacing.

TMC Machine Nose

Adopt Italy TMC machine nose, have positive rotator with five teeth, and negative rotator with five teeth small drop height and lower reflow loss, efficiency 10-20% higher than the 4/8 teeth screw.
